This website provides information about Alpha Tyre & 4x4 Accessories Fitment Centre's services, and allows you to request a quote or make an enquiry. This is not an e-commerce website — we do not sell products or process payments online, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell that you can accept simply by using the site.

3. Quotes Are Estimates, Not Binding Prices

Any quote or price indication provided through this website — including via our quote request tool — is an estimate based on the information you provide, not a final, binding price.

• Final pricing is confirmed once we've had the opportunity to inspect your vehicle in person, where applicable.
• Prices may vary based on your vehicle's actual condition, additional work identified once we begin, or changes in the cost/availability of parts.
• A quote does not reserve stock, book a bay, or create a binding agreement — it's the start of a conversation, not a contract.

4. Stock & Lead Times

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about product availability and lead times, but stock levels and delivery timelines are often outside our direct control (including supplier and import delays). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Workmanship

We carry out all fitment, servicing, and repair work to a reasonable professional standard. Where products we fit carry a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer/brand on their stated terms — Alpha is not the guarantor of third-party product warranties beyond what we're contractually bound to as an authorised fitment centre.

You're responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or modifications to your vehicle before work begins. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during the course of our work, though we will always inform you before proceeding with anything beyond the agreed scope.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

• Alpha will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services (for example, loss of use of your vehicle, loss of income, or travel plans affected by delays).
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including in respect of gross negligence.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to services booked or arranged via this website is limited to the value of the specific service or product in question, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

We appreciate reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect our ability to offer future priority bookings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Alpha or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

This site links to or integrates with third-party services, including WhatsApp, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Maps. We don't control these platforms and aren't responsible for their availability, content, or their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to access it via automated means (scraping/bots) outside of standard search-engine indexing, attempting to disrupt its operation, or submitting false or fraudulent enquiries.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, with the Eastern Cape Division of the High Court of South Africa having jurisdiction over any disputes.
